What it does
/get-store-info looks up one Home Depot store by its store number. Use it to check which store a number belongs to before you add it with /add-store.
To find store numbers near you, use /get-stores.
What you get back
A message that only you can see, with:
- Store name and store number
- Full address
- Phone number and Pro Desk phone number ("N/A" if the store has none)
- Links to the store's Home Depot page, its Home Depot map, and Google Maps

If something goes wrong
- "Invalid Store Number": enter one store number of 1 to 4 digits, with no letters, commas, or other characters.
- "We couldn't find any Home Depots matching …" No store has that number. Check it, or use /get-stores to find the right one.
- "Home Depot store information is temporarily unavailable." Home Depot isn't answering right now. Try again later.
- "Home Depot lookups are at capacity right now." The bot is busy. Try again in a few minutes.
- "An error occurred while processing your request." Something failed on the bot's side. Try again later.
